Merlin Solutions’ president, Michelle Sherbun, ACC, CEC, AELC, has nearly 30 years of experience in nonprofit management and coaching. A seasoned nonprofit consultant and accredited leadership coach, she has helped dozens of nonprofit leaders surpass fundraising goals, overcome management challenges, and achieve personal and professional ambitions. She has led numerous nonprofit management and fund development workshops. She continues to study and work in the area of leadership development and creative solution finding, introducing her clients to new techniques for framing challenges and preparing for change.
A published writer and accomplished speaker on topics related to fundraising, marketing, and personal development. Ms. Sherbun is a President-Elect of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals; a member of the West Suburban Philanthropic Network, the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits, and the International Coaching Federation and its Chicago Chapter.
